SETTING UP THE TOWN HOME
Thermostat is first. After you entered the townhome at the combination lock, you are in the guest bedroom. Walk down the hall
toward the master bedroom and the living room and the thermostat is on the wall in the hallway. Standard thermostat.
Use the right most of three horizontal buttons to select "Heat" or "Cool". Then use the up and down vertical buttons to set the
temperature you want to maintain. The furnace or air conditioner should come on very
soon and start cooling/heating to maintain the temperature you want to maintain.

Welcome to your vacation home! There are a few lights on timers that you probably want to switch on to manual control...so they don't wake you up in the middle of the night.
Either take them out of the timer and plug them in manually, or turn the switch on top of the timer to "ON" to just use the manual on/off switches for them. I recall that we
have one in the living room; the guest bed room, on the pole lamp; and one upstairs in the loft. Also, you can set up the night lights any
way you want to use them.

Help yourself to whatever you want to eat from the fridge, freezer or cabinets. We tried to not leave anything that was very perishable behind.

Two big porches at the townhome. Enjoy them. The one in the rear watches the lake and the 17th hole of the golf course. They do allow fishing in the lake, catch and release only. Enjoy them if you want!

Unlike the Colorado townhome, no collection cans at this place. Sorry. There are lots of trash sacks around the house however. Each morning you can
put the sack (tie the top together) out front of the bush next to the driveway. They somehow disappear sometime during the day. The instructions say to leave any trash between 7am and 10am.

As you can see, everyone has two parking spaces in front of their townhomes. You are free to use both. Please don't use someone else's though,
or park anywhere in the area. The circle is small and you will block traffic. There are a few spaces in front of the pool/clubhouse that can serve
as additional spaces if we brought down more than two vehicles. For departure, when you are ready, just use this checklist in reverse. Return everything to the way it was when you got there. We leave the thermostat at 75 degrees on the
"Cool" setting. Florida is mostly hot through the year so this always works.
