This is my first attempt at running for public office. However, this is not my first leadership role. At my previous employer, I was elected to three straight terms to the position of team leader by my co-workers. I was given their trust and in return earned their respect as well as the respect of my managers. At my current position, I have continued in my leadership role in management. I have posted increased efficiency numbers, better on time performance ratings and more favorable cost projections. This is not unusual for me. It is what I do best.

I graduated from New Washington High School in 1992. While there, I was a National Youth Leadership Scholar and spent time in Washington D.C. studying history and government. I went on to Indiana University Southeast and eventually earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. I hold a Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma processes and have closed out many projects. I look forward to bringing this efficiency mindset to the council.
