It is the desire of your Floyd County Republican Party Central Committee to have a complete "team" of Precinct Committeemen at the very root of our party's program. We have realized for many years that our Precinct Committeeman program has been weak and often unorganized. In an attempt to help with this problem, we propose systematically recruiting Precinct Committeemen (PC or PCs) and helping them organize.
This section of our website is specifically designed to help you and us do just that. We will organize this section so that you can view specific topics, as listed below, if you so desire.....or follow the sequence of how we have listed the information by just going from page to page. With this help, we hope that you, our Precinct Committeeman, will help us make the Floyd County Republican Party stronger than it has ever been and vital in producing votes for our candidates and a government that rightly represents the values that we hold dear as a party and as a nation.
Please review as much of the information as you can and help us help you become a better PC. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to send them via email to me at Daveweb1@aol.com or feel free to give me a call at 923-8951. Thanks again for volunteering to be a part of the solution to our nation's problems as a PC!
God bless,
Dave Matthews

“Organize the whole state, so that every Whig can be brought to the polls. Divide the county into small districts and appoint in each a committee. Make a perfect list of voters and ascertain with certainty for whom they will vote. Keep a constant watch on the doubtful voters and have them talked to by those in whom they have the most confidence….and on Election Day see that every Whig is brought to the polls.”
Abraham Lincoln, 1840.
